In this role, you will support complex commercial transactions, provide practical legal guidance, and partner with business stakeholders to help manage risk while enabling business growth.\nIf this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines!\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nReview, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, including responding to customers RFPs/RFQs, vendor qualification documents, and contractual requests.\n\nDraft and negotiate contractual language with customers to appropriately reflect the business interests and policies of the parties involved.\n\nServe as Contracts Lead for complex international and multi-Business Unit project contracts, as well as complex framework agreements (multi-BU and world areas).\n\nAct as Global Contracts Lead for Global Strategic Accounts.\n\nDevelop and communicate creative solutions and mitigation strategies to key negotiation points.\n\nProvide guidance during the approval process, helping business owners make informed decisions and obtain appropriate approvals while assessing business, financial, and legal risks.\n\nCollaborate with customers, legal team members, and other Emerson stakeholders to bring deals to closure, while providing contract-related guidance and training to Sales, Project Management, and other stakeholders.\n\nConduct legal research, provide legal advice and interpretation of legal matters, research information on agreements and contractual programs, and coordinate with outside counsel on routine matters.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You are self-motivated and always act with integrity.
