This position will lead engineering tasks for major projects, provide technical product design support to Operations, Suppliers, and Sales, and be involved in modifications and new designs. The Senior Design Engineer will be directly involved in developing global engineering resources and working collaboratively across the Pressure Management organization.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nReview and evaluate design-related production problems while evaluating product improvements, cost reductions, and change implementation\nProvide engineering and technical support to other departments, customers, and suppliers\nPlan, organize, and coordinate activities on projects while supporting the functional participants such as designers, technicians, and engineers\nReview and maintain product files for appropriate records on all assigned products\nDesign and develop new products or product modifications on existing products; develop project schedules and acceptance criteria\nPerform and support analysis of assigned products including stress, flow, force, and tolerancing using FEA, CFD, GD&T, and other engineering tools\nExplore opportunities to cost contain and reduce in both existing products and product modification activities \nWho You Are:\nYou attentively listen to others.
