This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nSolution Design & Development\nDesign, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions leveraging advanced expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.\n\nExtend SharePoint capabilities through integrations, custom forms, workflows, web parts, and custom application technologies to continually improve customer productivity\n\nCreate and maintain technical architecture aligned with organizational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.\n\nUtilize Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions to enhance and extend business solutions.\n\nProject Delivery\nContribute to the full software development lifecycle, including:\nRequirements refinement in close collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)\n\nAnalysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment\n\nWork closely with the team of developers to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and enhance application functionality.\n\nProvide guidance and support for resolving complex technical problems and adapting quickly to new technologies.\n\nAnalyze and mitigate issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases.\n\nReview objectives against actual outcomes and implement necessary fixes or enhancements based on UAT results.\n\nDevelop and seek approval for UAT plans (including data backup/migration, communication, and cut-offs) in close collaboration with the PO.\n\nAgile Delivery & Team Collaboration\nActively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, such as but not limited to: PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, System Demos.\n\nEstimate work effort and complexity accurately\n\nCollaborate with the PO to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nContribute and commit to Team PI Objectives and Iteration Goals while delivering measurable business value.\n\nPerform peer-to-peer testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.\n\nConduct research, design, prototyping, and other exploratory activities.\n\nAlign with technology-centric teams to share objectives and maintain cadence.\n\nDeliver work in small batches with rapid feedback from customers and stakeholders.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nResearch emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends to improve skills and identify opportunities for innovation\n\nPartner with the PO to escalate project issues or limitations and to propose actionable improvements and/or workarounds that can be implemented either on the spot or be planned for the next PIs.\n\nCollaborates with counterparts and POCs to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.\n\nSupport quality improvement initiatives (e.g., Think Customer, QMS) and contribute to management objectives.\n\nEnhance business process efficiency through digital tools in a large-scale environment:\n3,000 SP sites and 8,000 daily users across 27 countries\n\nApproximately 2.8 million page views per month\n\nDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.\n\nSupport & Maintenance\nProvide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for enterprise solutions when required.\n\nInvestigate complex issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.\n\nCollaborate with support teams to ensure solution stability, reliability, and performance.\n\nDeliver direct support to customers for urgent production issues, in You are comfortable leading technical initiatives, managing complexity, and delivering results in dynamic environments.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nMinimum 8 years of experience in software development, business applications development, or intelligent automation solutions.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.\n\nAdvanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications are required.\n\nStrong practical experience with SharePoint Online is essential.\n\nAdvanced skills in designing complex workflows with error handling, monitoring, and optimization.\n\nDeep understanding of Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse, security models, solution lifecycle management, and integration with external systems.\n\nDeep understanding of licensing and operational costs, with the ability to select the best technical solution balancing cost efficiency and performance requirements.\n\nAbility to effectively write and revise technical documentation.\n\nEnglish proficiency (written/read/spoken).\n\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders\n\nExcellent analytical skills\n\nStrong attention to details\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nCollaborative mindset for remote team participation with members scattered across multiple countries\n\nCapacity to handle varied assignments and escalations\n\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management for extending Power Platform solutions.\n\nExperience or a solid understanding of Business Analysis and SAFe Agile Framework would be beneficial.\n\nPower Platform and Azure Certifications\n\nSAFe Certification\n\nGood to have experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery\n\nKnowledge of Angular, React & other JS technologies are added advantages\n\nOur Culture & Commitment to You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
