Working within the Microwave and Electronics Engineering team, you will lead electronics development activities, contribute to product innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-performance, reliable solutions that help customers solve complex industrial challenges.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nLead the electronics development work package within product development projects for radar sensors, communication devices, and related system components.\nParticipate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept generation and feasibility studies through design, verification, validation, and production launch.\nDesign, develop, and maintain electronic hardware solutions, including schematics and PCB layouts.\nSupport the enhancement and lifecycle management of products already in the market.\nDevelop and improve engineering methods, design tools, and development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.\nProvide technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering topics to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and reliable measurement solutions.\nWho You Are:\nYou are a proactive and technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and translating ideas into practical solutions. You combine analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving and can effectively balance technical depth with project execution.
