We are looking for a Financial Analyst to work with our Financial Services Group in Pune.\nWe value autonomy, self-reliance, fast movers, a passion for robust and ability to maintained quality of financial reporting.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nManage the monthly reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to Site/BU/WA stakeholders.\n\nResponsible for monthly, quarterly and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations.\n\nAnalysis & Review of SG&A cost centres and provide commentary for major deviations\nSupport in monthly Forecasting, Mid Year Review and Annual Budgets\nProvide support for internal and external audit requests\nAnalysis & Review of monthly Financials before TB load in HFM & post HFM upload\nReview Monthly Journal Entries for GL postings\nAnalysis & replies to Queries from Site controllers/WA/BU Finance operations.\nSupporting/Performing Site POR (Rolling Budgets) activities as per WA timelines. Discussions with business managers for Orders Funnel, preparation of till date data & forecasting for rest of the year.\nDrive Clearing of Balance Sheet open & aged items regularly mainly for accounts Bank reconciliation, Petty cash, Tax balances, Payroll related GL’s, advances to suppliers, lease accounts etc.\nCreate and maintain Invoice coding database for recurring vendors and ensure correct invoice coding for all the supplier’s invoices and approval through Esker system.\nWorking on Various MIS Reports for finance stakeholder mainly management decks.\nEnsure Intercompany recharges are calculated on time and invoices sent for payment.\nSite level profitability analysis\nCash flow preparation on monthly/ quarterly basis & update to Site Controllers\nEnsure foreign currency exposures are reviewed and validated on monthly basis.\nReview & Analysis of Site Headcount as per HR & SharePoint and make sure correct reporting of Cost centres\nMaintenance of appropriate Internal Controls and compliance with SOX and CP&P\n\nWho You Are:\nYou promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions.
