This role offers opportunities for growth along technical, architectural, and leadership career paths within an inclusive and collaborative environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nAnalyze customer and product requirements and translate them into accessible, reliable, and maintainable frontend solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.\nContribute to frontend architecture and technical decision-making in collaboration with software architects and engineering teams.\nBuild reusable components and libraries aligned with established design systems and engineering standards.\nIntegrate frontend applications with REST APIs and distributed backend services.\nCreate and maintain automated unit, integration, component, and end-to-end tests.\nEnhance application performance, accessibility, security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to support engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.\nContribute to backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria clarification while helping identify dependencies, risks, and delivery approaches.\nSupport the creation and protection of intellectual property through innovative software solutions.\nCollaborate closely with UX designers, Product Management, backend engineers, quality engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.\nContribute to technical documentation, engineering standards, developer tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate actively in Program Increment Planning or similar cross-team planning activities, providing technical insights, estimates, feasibility assessments, and implementation sequencing recommendations.\nCommunicate progress, risks, dependencies, and challenges transparently to support informed planning and decision-making.\nProvide technical leadership and coordination across complex development activities.\nShare constructive feedback and observations that support the growth and development of team members.\nPartner with technology leadership on team development initiatives and continuous capability building.\nPerform other responsibilities within the scope of the role as assigned.\nWho You Are:\nYou build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement, learn from new experiences, and use diverse perspectives to generate innovative solutions that create value for customers and the business.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum of 5 years experience developing complex web applications and contributing at a senior technical level.\nAdvanced knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, semantic HTML, CSS, and Sass.\nExperience with Angular architecture, reusable components, reactive forms, routing, dependency injection, and performance optimization.\nHands-on experience with NgRx, including Store, Effects, selectors, and entity-based state management.\nExperience developing accessible and reusable user interfaces using Angular Material, Angular CDK, or comparable frameworks.\nStrong understanding of scalable frontend architecture, responsive design principles, browser behavior, and cross-browser compatibility.\nExperience implementing automated unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing using modern frontend testing frameworks.\nExperience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, including authentication, authorization, error handling, and asynchronous data management.\nExperience troubleshooting applications, performing root-cause analysis, resolving defects, and supporting software releases.\nKnowledge of web accessibility standards, secure frontend development practices, and application performance optimization.\nExperience with Git, code reviews, package management, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience delivering software using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.\nEnglish and Polish language proficiency at B2 level or higher with strong communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience creating or contributing to design systems and reusable component libraries.\nExperience with micro-frontend architectures or real-time web applications.\nExperience developing interactive dashboards and data visualization solutions using ECharts or similar technologies.\nExperience building diagramming, graph visualization, or canvas-based applications.\nExperience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), service workers, offline capabilities, or advanced caching strategies.\nExperience designing and maintaining multilingual or localized web applications.\nExperience implementing real-time communication using WebSockets or SignalR.\nFamiliarity with WCAG accessibility requirements, Core Web Vitals, and frontend observability practices.\nExperience collaborating with UX/UI designers and using design tools such as Figma.\nWorking knowledge of C#, .NET, or experience integrating with microservice-based and event-driven architectures.\nExperience with cloud platforms, containerized development environments, or industrial software products.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining software quality, security, confidentiality, and intellectual property protection.\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we believe that diverse perspectives strengthen innovation and help us better serve our customers and communities.
