You take ownership of outcomes, continuously learn from experience, and contribute positively to an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed and respected.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 5 years professional experience designing and developing both frontend applications and backend services at a senior technical level.\nAdvanced knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, HTML, CSS, and Sass.\nStrong experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.\nExperience with Angular architecture, reusable components, reactive forms, routing, dependency injection, state management, and performance optimization.\nKnowledge of ASP.NET Core architecture, middleware, logging, validation, configuration, and asynchronous programming.\nExperience with Entity Framework Core and data modeling for relational and document databases.\nExperience implementing and integrating microservice-based and event-driven systems.\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.\nExperience using NgRx for state management.\nExperience building accessible and reusable user interfaces using Angular Material, Angular CDK, or similar frameworks.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, API design, responsive design, secure coding practices, and design patterns.\nExperience with automated testing across frontend and backend solutions.\nExperience working with relational and document databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.\nExperience with production support, diagnostics, monitoring, debugging, and root-cause analysis.\nExperience using Git, Docker, package management tools, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.\nEnglish and Polish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience contributing to design systems, reusable component libraries, or shared backend frameworks.\nExperience with micro-frontends, API gateways, or advanced microservice architectures.\nExperience building data visualizations or dashboards using ECharts or similar technologies.\nExperience with interactive diagramming, graph visualization, or canvas-based applications.\nExperience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).\nExperience designing and maintaining multilingual or localized applications.\nExperience with WebSockets or SignalR.\nFamiliarity with WCAG accessibility standards, Core Web Vitals, OpenTelemetry, and observability platforms.\nExperience collaborating with UX/UI designers using tools such as Figma.\nExperience with cloud platforms and orchestration technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Kubernetes.\nExperience developing software for industrial environments, critical infrastructure, or high-availability systems.\nKnowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle practices.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining quality, security, confidentiality, and intellectual property protection.\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.
