As the leader of the global training team, you will cultivate a high-performing team culture, develop the training university, ensure excellence in training delivery to equip internal employees and sales channel partners to best sell, support, and service our products.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nUnderstand training needs from global stakeholders\nAssess state of the existing training program\nBuild out the training university to support all company brands (ASCO, AVENTICS, AFAG, AGI, TopWorx, TESCOM) and world areas\nEnsure excellent course content is developed for existing and new products and industries in collaboration with Segment Marketing and Product Management\nRoll out and maintain the university global training calendar\nRun training courses via direct staff of training managers and network of subject matter experts\nWho You Are:\nYou anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You identify and seize new opportunities. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions, staging activities with relevant milestones and schedules. You work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
