You will also contribute to new product introductions, technology transfers, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects that support our ongoing operational excellence.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nEnhance manufacturing efficiency through workflow improvements, layout optimization, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. \nLead or participate in development, training, and qualification activities for new product introductions or technology transfers.\nProvide engineering support to address out-of-control situations, resolve process issues, and drive preventive and corrective actions.\nConduct capacity studies and identify opportunities for improving bottleneck stations.\nEnsure all processes and equipment operate in alignment with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.\nWho You Are:\nYou build partnerships and collaborative work to meet the target objectives set by the team. You take action quickly and critically in fast paced and unexpected situations.
