In this role, you will drive strategies and processes that ensure operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a safe and inclusive workplace.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nProvide strategic leadership to the plant management team, inspiring collaboration and accountability to achieve operational goals.\nDevelop and manage annual and monthly financial plans, budgets, and operating reports; present updates and recommendations to leadership.\nOversee manufacturing plans and schedules, capital expenditure requests, and facility maintenance to ensure efficient and safe operations.\nLead initiatives to improve responsiveness to demand changes, enhance on-time delivery, increase productivity, optimize inventory turnover, and reduce costs.\nCommunicate effectively with employees and leadership, including delivering site-wide updates and participating in monthly S&OP meetings.\nPartner with Human Resources to maintain a positive work environment, ensure employee safety and security, and support staffing and development needs.\nRepresent Emerson and Professional Tools within the local community and with government stakeholders.\nWho You Are:\nYou are someone with the ability to deliver results from a strategic vantage. You are versed in financial acumen, have exceptional decision quality, and can manage complexity.
