Our field services ensure customer plants, analytical systems, and measurement products operate safely, consistently, and efficiently.\nThis role is based in Dhahran and is responsible for delivering aftermarket services including startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for Emerson Analytical and Measurement products while supporting growth of the service business.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nCarry out startup and commissioning activities, fault analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Analytical Systems and Measurement Products.\nProvide advanced technical support for Fire & Gas Detectors, Liquid Analyzers, Combustion Analyzers, Continuous Gas Analyzers, CEMS, Process Gas Chromatographs, Cascade systems, and Measurement Products.\nPerform site surveys, site walkdowns, and installed-base assessments to identify upgrade, modernization, and consulting opportunities.\nExecute field modifications and upgrade projects independently or under the supervision of a Project Manager where required.\nSupport and mentor Field Service Engineers in troubleshooting activities and complex service challenges.\nConduct customer training on product operation, maintenance, and best practices.\nSupport LTSA and AMC planning and execution in accordance with contractual requirements.\nBuild strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.\nSupport initiatives aimed at growing aftermarket services revenue.\nPrepare service reports and ensure timely communication of project and service outcomes to customers.\nPerform other responsibilities as assigned by management.\nWho You Are\nYou deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.\nYou troubleshoot technical issues effectively and drive solutions to completion.\nYou continuously develop your technical expertise and share knowledge with others.\nYou adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs.\nYou communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.\nYou are action-oriented and focused on delivering results.\nFor This Role, You Will Need\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, Project Engineer, or Instrument Engineer in process control environments.\nExperience in commissioning, startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical systems and measurement products.\nStrong understanding of process instrumentation and analyzer technologies.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nGood communication and customer engagement skills.\nProficiency in the English language.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office and engineering software applications.\nKnowledge of control and instrumentation theory and maintenance of online liquid analyzers, gas analyzers, gas chromatographs, and petroleum measurement systems.\nExperience servicing Emerson Analytical, Metering Systems, Measurement, and RTG products.\nAbility to deliver customer training programs related to product operation and maintenance.\nKnowledge of lifecycle services, maintenance contracts, and aftermarket support programs.\nOur Culture & Commitment to You!\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
