# Service Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including equipment assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning activities. Support installation, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities at customer locations as required. Understand and fulfill service contract requirements to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with customers and internal sales teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges. Develop and implement technical solutions, engaging global technical specialists when needed. Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities independently for Afag products and systems. Manage customer quality-related concerns and drive timely resolution through closure. Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customer personnel. Prepare accurate customer feedback, commissioning, and service reports. Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships through responsive and professional support.
