Shipping Clerk

If you are an experienced stock room clerk looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Located in Orange, VA, you will work closely with warehouse, production, and planning teams to meet shipping/receiving deadlines, receive incoming shipments, and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders, and load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. The rate of pay is $19.65.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Organize inventory and maintain clean warehouse areas
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training/certification provided if needed)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
