This internship offers valuable exposure to global supply chain processes and international business operations in a collaborative and inclusive environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nSupport the coordination and administration of domestic, intra-EU, and international shipments.\nPrepare and issue shipping documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, and shipment markings.\nAssist with customer invoicing processes and related administrative activities.\nPrepare transportation documents, including CMR documentation.\nSupport the issuance of credit notes and debit notes.\nManage certificates and declarations of origin for goods.\nRequest and verify customer advance payments when required.\nMaintain and organize fiscal, shipping, and compliance documentation in both electronic and physical formats.\nCollect and verify proof of delivery documentation for customers within the European Union.\nSupport export and import customs activities and related documentation requirements.\nCollaborate with logistics providers, customers, customs agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient shipping operations and document compliance.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.\nWho You Are:\nYou communicate information clearly and effectively across different audiences and build collaborative relationships to achieve shared goals.
