Lead through influence to ensure project success and build strong relationships for future collaboration.\n\nProject Analysis & Risk ManagementSupervise and report on project costs, quality, and status. Evaluate and manage changes that significantly impact scope, budget, or schedule. Drive timely decision-making.\n\nResource ManagementCollaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing. Influence decisions related to scope, schedule, and resource allocation.\n\nPrimary Point of Contact\nServe as the single point of contact for all project-related matters.
