You consistently achieve results, even under challenging circumstances. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.\nExperience working as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Project Lead, or similar role.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements.\nExperience managing project activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies.\nExperience working with enterprise applications and business process improvement initiatives.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, quality, or engineering business processes.\nExperience with MES, ERP, Oracle applications, manufacturing systems, or factory automation solutions.\nExperience leading global projects across multiple regions.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.\nExperience with process mapping, business analysis frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.\nExperience working in a multinational manufacturing environment.\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we are committed to fostering a culture where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best work.
