You communicate effectively, adapting your message to different audiences while fostering understanding, alignment, and productive decision-making.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.\nExperience supporting supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or related business functions.\nStrong project management, planning, and organizational capabilities within cross-functional environments.\nDemonstrated experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management.\nKnowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, strategic sourcing, logistics optimization, and procurement practices.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.\nEffective communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\nUnderstanding of machining, metal, plastics, or related manufacturing categories and associated cost drivers.\nExperience using ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar business platforms.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel data analysis capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nExperience leading large sourcing programs or cross-functional cost optimization projects.\nExperience within a manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience using e-Sourcing platforms and digital procurement tools.\nFamiliarity with global sourcing strategies, best-cost-country sourcing, and supply network optimization.\nExperience supporting New Product Development (NPD) or product lifecycle management initiatives.\nDemonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings, value engineering, or cost containment programs.\nExperience participating in supplier performance improvement initiatives and supplier development activities.\nOur Culture and Commitment To You\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
