You gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience leading hardware, electronics, embedded systems, or industrial product development projects.\nStrong understanding of hardware and software development methodologies and product development lifecycles.\nExperience coordinating parallel hardware and firmware development activities, including board bring-up and system integration.\nKnowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain considerations.\nFamiliarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.\nPrior experience in thermal management, environmental testing (vibration, wide temperature range), and EMI/EMC compliance for industrial environments.\nProficiency with standard project management and ERP tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP).\nHands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks adapted for hardware/firmware co-development.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, including international remote teams.\nProfessional fluency in English.\nPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:\nUnderstanding of x86 and/or ARM-based computer architectures from design to mass production.\nExperience with Cybersecurity Resilience Act (CRA) requirements and relevant Cybersecurity standards (e.g. IEC 62443).\nFamiliarity with industrial computing interfaces and protocols (PCIe, CAN bus, EtherCAT, RS-232/485, GPIO, Modbus) and related standards (IEC 62541).
