In this role, you will assemble, test, and support the automation of valve and flow control products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. Working within our Isolation Valves team, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative flow control solutions, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic workshop environment.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nAssemble, inspect, and test manual valves, automated valves, actuators, positioners, and other flow control equipment.\nInterpret drawings, quality plans, work instructions, and technical documentation to determine correct assembly and testing procedures.\nOperate workshop equipment and tools safely and effectively, including testing equipment, drills, cranes, and other assembly-related machinery.\nPerform product evaluations, troubleshooting, and reporting to identify and resolve quality or operational issues.\nSelect, verify, and manage components and materials required for assembly and testing activities.\nSupport inventory accuracy by following established stock issuance and storage procedures.\nMaintain accurate records of work performed, including time reporting and quality documentation.\nContribute to a safe, organised, and productive workplace through housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and adherence to environmental, health, and safety requirements.\nParticipate in daily planning meetings, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement activities.\nCollaborate with team members and escalate issues promptly to ensure customer and business expectations are achieved.\nWho You Are\nYou take on new opportunities and challenges with energy and enthusiasm while focusing on achieving results.
