Supervise inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.\nEnsure timely and accurate material movements to support production and customer requirements.\nMonitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, receiving performance, and warehouse productivity.\nOptimize warehouse space utilization and material flow efficiency.\nCoordinate cycle counts and physical inventory activities.\nInventory Control & Materials Management\nDemonstrated experience managing more than 20,000 part numbers, including multiple materials stored within shared locations, with effective identification, segregation, scanning, and error-proofing controls.\nMaintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.\nSupport inventory optimization initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.\nPartner with Planning, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure material availability.\nPeople Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel.\nManage workforce planning, staffing, training, and performance management activities.\nFoster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative working environment.\nEnsure team compliance with standard operating procedures and work instructions.\nContinuous Improvement\nAbility to analyze warehouse and inventory data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and implement sustainable corrective actions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.\nSupport Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain standardized processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.\nParticipate in cross-functional improvement projects.\nCompliance & Quality\nEnsure compliance with company policies, trade compliance requirements, and warehouse procedures.\nSupport quality management initiatives and material traceability requirements.\nMaintain accurate warehouse documentation and records.\nAssist with internal and external audits as required.\nFor This Role, You Will Need:\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.\nExperience managing warehouse operations in a high-mix, low-volume discrete manufacturing environment with a large and complex material portfolio.\n\nMinimum 5 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience.\nAt least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control processes, and material handling practices.\nExperience using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:\nCertification in Supply Chain, Logistics, APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is preferred\nExperience with warehouse automation technologies, barcode systems, and digital inventory solutions.\nFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S principles.\nExperience managing third-party logistics providers and transportation coordination.\nPreferred Competencies That Set You Apart:\nDrives Results\nPlans and Aligns\nManages Complexity\nCollaborates\nBuilds Effective Teams\nEnsures Accountability\nCustomer Focus\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nOur Culture and Commitment To You:\nAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
