Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will perform daily destructive and nondestructive tests on a variety of components to support functions across the organization. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to analyze components and report results to stakeholders within design, manufacturing and quality.\nIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment.\nInspect welds to specified requirements for procedure and performance qualifications\nPerform nondestructive and destructive tests of moderate complexity including visual inspections, microscopic examinations, hardness, tensile, x-ray fluorescence, digital radiography and computed tomography.\nTest and analyze a variety of welds and material types. \nCommunicate and report results to stakeholders.\nWork from drawings, standards and internal specifications.\nCollaborate with stakeholders in specifying appropriate tests and interpreting results. \nLearn, develop, and apply new techniques. \nSupport teammates in failure analysis, product testing, and metrology activities.\nWho You Are:\nYou effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
