As a key member of our team, the Regional Quality Control Manager will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective use of company resources.\nThis position supports operations throughout portions of Arkansas, Missouri, and Southeast Kansas. The role requires approximately 25% travel to project sites, facilities, and partner locations within the assigned region.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and implement quality control policies and procedures, ensuring that all projects are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements\nManage and oversee the company's quality control program, including monitoring and reporting on quality control metrics\nDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that their work meets quality control standards\nCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that quality control standards are communicated and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle\nDevelop and deliver quality control training programs to project teams and other stakeholders\nIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvements in quality control\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred but not required\n10+ years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the construction industry\nStrong technical skills, with a deep understanding of quality control processes and procedures\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nAbility and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region\nA commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
