You will leverage your experience in AWS, TypeScript and React to help build a platform enabling Emesent customers to process, colourise, filter, and visualise LIDAR point cloud data.\nKey Responsibilities\nFull-Stack Development:\nDesign, build, and maintain efficient and reliable code across our stack. \nCreate new APIs and UIs using TypeScript and React. \nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive experiences for customers \nMake improvements to architecture and tooling to accelerate and automate the software delivery processes. \nImplementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. \nTechnical Skills:\nArchitect and implement complex end-to-end system solutions by collaborating with other teams within Emesent \nLead and participate in code reviews, maintaining high development standards \nInvestigate and lead system improvements that improve our engineering efficiency \nCreate and document technical designs for significant features \nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with product managers to scope new work and technically contribute to Product Requirement Documents \nCommunicate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nWork with engineering leadership to optimise architecture and software delivery processes. \nAbout You\nExperience & Background\nProficient in TypeScript and React with a strong understanding of their ecosystems. \nDemonstrated experience in full-stack development with a portfolio of successful projects. \nExcellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills. \nExperience with AWS, serverless technologies, and infrastructure as code \nFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologies \nDesirable experience:\nKnowledge of Python and C++ \nKnowledge of geospatial concepts and data formats \nExperience in architecting or working with distributed systems \nExperience in building processing workflows and processing tools \nExperience with UI test frameworks \nKnowledge of identity and access control systems and standards \nThe Added Perks\n9-day fortnight - every second Friday off \nEmployee Share Option Plan (ESOP) - share in Emesent's success \nWork alongside a passionate and collaborative team building world-leading technology \nGenuine learning and development opportunities including LinkedIn Learning access \nEmployee Assistance Program \nOne additional day of leave each year for your work anniversary \nNovated lease options \nNote: This is an on-site role at Milton office. 9 days fortnight.\nWhy Emesent?\nAt Emesent, you will have the opportunity to work on ground-breaking technology that is shaping the future.
