человека, который будет выстраивать коммуникацию с клиентами, координировать внутренние команды и вести digital-проекты от брифа до реализации.\n В работе будут проекты в направлениях SMM, influencer marketing, фото- и видеопродакшн, digital campaigns и специальные проекты.\n Основные обязанности:\n Управление клиентами:\n Выстраивать и поддерживать долгосрочные отношения с клиентами.\n Презентовать клиентам идеи, предложения и результаты проектов.\n Согласовывать сроки, бюджеты, объем работ и ожидания клиента.\n Быть основной точкой коммуникации между клиентом и внутренней командой.\n Планирование и выполнение кампаний:\n\n Формировать брифы и ставить задачи внутренним командам.\n Координировать работу SMM, creative, influencer, production и других специалистов и подрядчиков.\n Контролировать сроки, качество и соответствие результата задачам клиента.\n Вести несколько проектов параллельно и оперативно решать возникающие вопросы.\n Контролировать реализацию кампаний в рамках согласованного бюджета и сроков.\n Мониторинг и отчетность:\n\n Координировать подготовку отчетов по результатам кампаний.\n Анализировать результаты совместно с профильными специалистами и формировать рекомендации для клиентов.\n Находить возможности для развития текущих проектов и дополнительных digital-решений.\n Что мы ищем:\n 2+ года опыта в Account Management / Client Service / Project Management в digital, creative или коммуникационном агентстве.\n Понимание основных digital-инструментов и каналов: SMM, influencer marketing, content, digital advertising и др.\n Опыт ведения нескольких проектов одновременно.\n Опыт прямой коммуникации с клиентами и презентации предложений/результатов.\n Английский язык -
