The Tech Implementation Team is in charge of building those versions of our platform to successfully implement our customers.\nWe lead the setup of the tool working together with the product and customer experience teams focusing on creating a solution to the pains identified by the customers and adding value to their recruiting process.\nWhat you'll be doing\nYou will use our internal tools to create and improve candidate interactions with the bot and recruiter interactions with the platform, by building the best version of Emi for each customer.\nWorking closely with the Customer Success, Tech, and Product teams, you will ensure the platform's features are implemented according to the client's requirements, based on your deep understanding of our product's capabilities.\nYou will master the processes and tools that allow you to configure, adjust, and ensure platform quality. You’ll be a trusted team member in client projects, to help innovate their recruiting process by 10X.\nTasks / Activities\nEnsure the successful configuration of the Emi solution promptly in alignment with their business case and expectations through the use of our internal tools.\nDesign conversational interactions by transforming business requirements into logical rules and product definitions.\nCollaborate with our internal product teams to improve our toolset and bot capabilities.\nDesign and lead functional internal QA strategies and UAT with customers and iterate based on results to ensure customer-centric and flawless platform configuration.\nCollaborate with internal teams (tech, product, and project managers) in a joint effort to comply with project milestones.\nImprove our Implementation process in order to help Emi scale as efficiently as possible, ensuring high quality and being able to measure them in KPIs.\nAnalyze and present insights into the real-time results of each implementation and improve them upon direct or indirect user feedback/usage insights.\nParticipate and help build the company’s inclusive and people-driven culture\nWhat we're looking for\n+1 year of work experience\nAnalytical skills\nDetail-oriented and process-driven\nBasic technology knowledge (json structures, programming logics)\nAbility to deliver quality work on a tight schedule\nGreat prioritization and organization skills in a fast-paced environment\nProactivity to seek out opportunities to improve what we do and how we do it\nExcellent writing skills in both English and Spanish\nClear and simple communication skills\nComfortable working with multiple stakeholders\nExtreme curiosity, a bias for action, and an appetite for learning and growth\nAbility to work in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing scenarios and uncertainty\nNice to have\nBasic programming skills in Python\nSQL knowledge.\nExpertise with Analytics tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc.).\nExpertise with Excel.\nScrum, Agile, or any Project management certification is a plus.\nBackground in linguistics or AI.\nWhat we offer\n Competitive salary: Salaries paid in USD\n Flexible remote-first work culture.
