You will be defining product strategy, developing product requirements, and overseeing execution for some of the highest priority initiatives that will build the next generation infrastructure for Frontline Workers worldwide.\nThis role will provide you the opportunity to develop the strategy for several of Emi Lab's core Solutions, and get feedback on your plans directly from Emi’s leadership team. We’re looking for curious and high-energy product thinkers & leaders who can develop and grow the product Emi Labs needs to achieve its mission.\nTask & Activities\nDefine our product strategy for several of our core solutions.\nDevelop requirements to build new products on our Roadmap.\nLead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact product initiatives.\nOptimize existing features to drive product success for our Customers.\nMake thoughtful trade-offs among a diverse set of teams and priorities.\nContinually perform user research to collect insights on our user experience and value proposition.\nOwn product KPIs and perform impact evaluations on the initiatives you lead.\nWhat we are looking for\nAt least 5 years of Product Management experience, managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.\nExperience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nPersistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful.\nExtreme curiosity, a bias for action, and appetite for learning and growth.\nCreative problem solving: thinks big, starts small, grows fast.\nData-driven and rational approach to making decisions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English.\nEmpathy and a willingness to help others across the company.\nAbility to work in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing scenarios and uncertainty.\nBonus\nProduct Management experience on a B2B SaaS Product.\nExperience in starting a company/product from scratch.\nSome coding experience (we use SQL, javascript and python).\nWhat we offer\n Competitive salary: Salaries paid in USD.\n Stock Options: Stock Options Package as part of your compensation package.\n Flexible remote-first work culture.
