They act as the bridge between business and technology, translating client requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering while maintaining strong alignment across internal teams such as Product, Tech, and Customer Success.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn the end-to-end implementation of Emi for enterprise clients, from kickoff to Go-Live\nTranslate business requirements into clear and actionable technical configurations\nDefine and manage implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery plans\nCoordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution\nLead client communication throughout the project, ensuring alignment, clarity, and expectations management\nIdentify risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans to avoid delays\nEnsure high-quality delivery by validating configurations and leading QA and UAT processes\nDrive structured discovery processes to fully understand client operations and hiring workflows\nTasks\nRun discovery sessions to understand client processes and define scope of work\nCreate and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and tracking documents\nWrite clear and structured configuration tickets for the engineering team\nAnswer technical questions and unblock engineers during implementation\nCoordinate internal syncs to align teams on progress, blockers, and priorities\nConduct internal QA to validate configurations before client exposure\nSupport and guide clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines\nCommunicate status updates, risks, and changes to clients and internal stakeholders\nLead Go-Live readiness and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success\nDocument learnings and contribute to continuous improvement after each implementation\nWhat we're looking for\n3-5+ years of experience in project management, technical implementations, or similar roles (TPM, Solutions, Implementation, Consulting)\nStrong ability to translate business needs into structured, technical solutions\nExcellent organizational and time management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nHigh attention to detail and strong documentation skills\nProactive mindset with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExperience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Customer Success)\nComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity\nTechnical curiosity - ability to understand systems, integrations, and workflows (no coding required, but it’s a plus)\nUpper-intermediate English (Portuguese is a plus)\nWhat we offer\n Competitive salary: Salaries paid in USD\n Stock Options: Stock Options Package as part of your compensation package\n Flexible remote-first work culture.
