operational goals and exceeds guest expectations.\n Education Qualification:\nDiploma or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field\nBarista certification from a recognized institution e.g., Speciality Coffee Association, Barista Guild (preferred)\nWork Experience\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional barista within a hospitality or catering environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or training capacity within beverage operations.\nProven experience working in high-volume service settings, such as large-scale events and multi-outlet operations.\nSkills & Competencies\nIn-depth expertise in coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and professional equipment handling. • Strong training and coaching skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering consistent quality.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and various
