and produce company announcements, newsletters and written materials to ensure clear and effective communication aligned with business needs.\n\nStay current and report on emerging market trends that effect the performance of the brand and company reputation to be able to advice on how to ensure Company is leveraging technology and trends to create the enhanced brand image.\n\nEnsure consistency and compliance with Company’s internal brand guidelines by developing and maintaining design templates, toolkits, and digital assets for use across all business units.\n\nMeasure and report the effectiveness of digital internal communication campaigns by tracking engagement, providing insights, and recommending design improvements for better reach and impact.\n\nDrive continuous improvement by initiating periodic audits of internal communication channels and digital assets, identifying gaps or outdated content, and recommending actionable enhancements to ensure relevance, alignment with business goals, and optimal user experience.\n Education Qualification:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent (must have)\nWork Experience:\n5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong creative, design and execution skills.\nSkills:\nA good understanding of visual design principles.\nProven digital content skills.\nExperience working in a collaborative team environment.\nExpertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, InDesign.\nStrong knowledge of current digital design best practices.\nExperience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences across different digital platforms. \nStrong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.\nExperience of content ideation and management\nExperience of copy writing and editing \nExcellent communication in English (spoken & written)\nDeadline driven with efficient time management capabilities\nAbility to
