Ensure that equipment and chemicals are used in a proper and safe manner and ensure that the standard equipment list is up to date at all times. \n Education Qualification:\nDiploma in Hospitality or equivalent (must have)\nIntermediate level in food hygiene certificate or equivalent (preferred)\nWork Experience:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the housekeeping sector, with 2 years supervising a team.\nSkills:\nHigh standard of verbal and written communication in English. \nProficient in the Microsoft Office suite. \nResults orientation. \nDemonstrated ability to supervise a multinational workforce.\nStrong planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. \nAbility to resolve customer complaints and anticipate emerging customer needs to continually improve service standards. \nActs as a role model and provides effective behavioural examples to motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance. \nHigh level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.Strong practical knowledge and experience in food safety and occupational health and safety. \n\nAbility to collaborate cross functionally and at all levels and team-based approach including ability to positively manage conflict. \nSupports creativity and innovation by showing commitment to agreed initiatives.Knowledge of BICS standards, IOSH,
