planned requirement.\nDirect and reposition extra teams across A380 and high-demand flights in line with uplift volume and live operational changes, issuing instructions to Ramp Support for execution on the ramp, so that the heaviest flights receive the additional manpower they need on time.\n Education Qualification:\nA high school diploma or equivalent.\nWork Experience:\nMinimum 5 years of experience in operations be it airline, ground handling or catering industry.\nSkills:\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nSkilled at maintaining professional relationships, working as part of a team, and providing support to colleagues and supervisors\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently\nAbility to cross-verify information \nExcellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize workload \nDemonstrates personal accountability by taking full ownership of
