Provide necessary knowledge base, FAQs and SOPs for evaluated solution including L3 support.\nJob Requirements:\nTechnology expert on the following:\n\nMicrosoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM)\n\nMicrosoft Teams Administration\n\nWindows Autopilot\n\nConditional Access Policies\n\nBitLocker and Device Encryption\n\nTier 2/3 Technical Support\n\nRoot Cause Analysis\n\nTechnical Documentation\n\nPatch Management\n\nTechnology basic skills:\nMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint\n\nModern Desktop Deployment and Provisioning\n\nProcess Automation and Optimization\n\nCollaboration tool integrations, including third-party apps and workflows in Microsoft Teams\nMicrosoft Teams administration, governance, policies and lifecycle management\nTeams’ collaboration capabilities, including meetings, webinars, channels, apps and external access\nSharePoint Online and OneDrive integration for secure content collaboration and sharing\nMicrosoft 365 collaboration governance, adoption, usage reporting and service improvement\nITIL-based Support Processes\nWork closely with third-party vendors for testing and product evaluation\n\nProvide advanced support for Microsoft Teams and collaboration services, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis and service restoration\nConfigure, test and maintain Teams policies, meeting features, application integrations and collaboration controls\nDevelop knowledge articles, standard operating procedures and user guidance for Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive\nMonitor collaboration service health, adoption and usage trends, and recommend improvements to security and user experience\nAble to explore new technologies and be able to bring in new ideas from the industry\n\nAssist the wider corporate mobile strategy, innovation and mobile-specific business opportunities\n\nWork closely with the IT Operations team to run products effectively on a day-2-day basis i.e. have tracking, reporting, security and operational tools integrated and working\n\nGeneral banking and business area knowledge is necessary to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy. ENBD-specific knowledge of the business requirements responsibilities preferred\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCollect, Validate and analyze relevant data required for endpoint management\nLiaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team members\nDeliver assigned elements of the project to enable achievement of relevant milestones.\nHighlight project issues and risks to the project manager\nHighlights to the project manager if deadlines, quality or budget are significantly at risk\nMaintain the project schedule and monitor approved baselines and conduct variance analysis.\nComply with project specifications and standards in order to deliver quality and timely project outputs.\nCo-ordinate and follow-up with all involved parties to resolve issues/queries and complete assigned project elements in a timely manner.\nProvide relevant Reports regularly to enable project review and decision making, where appropriate.\nUndertakes objective, systematic analysis and draws accurate conclusions based on evidence. \nRecognizes the links between interconnected issues. Identifies problems and works to resolve them. Thinks laterally, identifies, implements and promotes improved work practices.\nValues expertise and capitalizes on the knowledge and skills of others within the organization. \nContributes own expertise to achieve outcomes for the business unit.\nBuilds and sustains positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients. \nUnderstanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices \nTechnological knowledge about the various IT resources required for organizational functioning\nGood understanding of IT Virtual and Mobility Infrastructure components for enterprise users, Security Management, Wi-Fi solution\nTime management\nGood understanding of banking IT Branch and Office Infrastructure \nKnowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices\nExcellent written and oral communication skills \nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills \nMust be able to accurately report information in a timely manner \nMust be able to prioritize and evaluate a high number of tasks at once\nSelf -
