With a strong eye for detail and pride in their work, this role ensures that all workspaces - including offices, restrooms, break areas, and production zones are sanitized, stocked, and maintained to support a healthy and productive environment.\nKey Accountabilities:\nCleaning & Sanitizing Indoor Areas\nClean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces.\nFlush drains in restrooms and breakrooms as needed.\nSweep, mop, and vacuum floors across offices, hallways, and shared spaces.\nDust and wipe down furniture, counters, fixtures, and equipment.\nWaste Management\nEmpty and clean trash and recycling bins regularly.\nTransport waste to proper disposal or recycling areas.\nEnsure all bins are relined and ready for use.\nSupply Stocking & Equipment Care\nRestock soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other consumables.\nMaintain and clean janitorial equipment.\nMonitor inventory levels and request resupplies before running low.\nSafety & Maintenance Awareness\nIdentify and report maintenance needs or safety concerns (e.g., leaks, trip hazards, broken fixtures).\nSupport internal safety and cleanliness standards.\nUse appropriate signage during cleaning activities (e.g., wet floor signs).\nLight Outdoor Upkeep\nPerform seasonal outdoor tasks such as snow removal, de-icing, sweeping entryways, and leaf cleanup.\nMaintain neat, hazard-free entryways and walkways.\nCollect debris from parking lots and keep outdoor seating areas clean.\nQualifications:\nPrevious janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required.\nStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.\nReliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.\nWillingness to perform both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks in varying conditions.\nPhysical & Safety Requirements:\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nComfortable standing, walking, and moving for the duration of a shift.\nAlways use proper PPE when required.\nFollow safety
