and help us build, optimize, and scale a high-performing SaaS website.\n\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Emitrr's WordPress website.\nBuild and optimize high-quality landing pages, product pages, and website experiences.\nDevelop and customize WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and components.\nWork closely with Design, Content, Marketing, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable web experiences.\nOptimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, security, and scalability.\nBuild and maintain integrations with third-party tools, APIs, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.\nImprove website architecture and development processes as the website and traffic scale.\nMonitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, conversion, SEO, and user experience.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues independently.\nTake end-to-end ownership of web projects — from understanding the requirement and choosing the right approach to development, deployment, and ongoing optimization.\nContribute to making the website reliable and scalable as traffic and content grow.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n2–5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.\nStrong experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience building and maintaining high-traffic or large-scale websites, preferably for SaaS, technology, or B2B companies.\nStrong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, custom development, and performance optimization.\nExperience with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, or WPBakery.\nGood understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, page speed, caching, CDN, and website security.\nExperience integrating third-party APIs, analytics tools, marketing platforms, or automation tools.\nComfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects rather than only executing predefined tasks.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions independently.\n\nGood to have\nExperience working on a SaaS/product website with significant organic or overall traffic.\nExperience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other marketing/analytics tools.\nExperience with AWS, Cloudflare, CDNs, caching, or other web infrastructure.\nExperience improving website conversion rates and user experience.\nExperience working closely with SEO, Content, and Growth teams.\n\nWhat you'll own\nThis role is not limited to maintaining WordPress pages.\nWe are looking for someone who can own the website as an engineering product — understand how it works, identify what can be improved, make technical decisions, and continuously improve its performance, scalability, reliability, and user
