The ideal candidate will have a background in life sciences and a passion for content editing. This is a role with a diverse set of duties, including journal management, content commissioning and peer review.\n\nKey Information:\n\nSalary:\n\n$48,000\n\nLocation:\n\nThis role is based onsite in our Hallandale Beach, FL office\n\nWorking pattern:\n\nThis role is based onsite, 5 days a week, in our Hallandale Beach, FL office\n\nHours:\n\n8.30am - 5pm, Mon-Fri\n\nReports to:\n\nManaging Editor\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nManage journal pipelines by ensuring timely processing and publication of content, in-line with the publishing schedule.\n\nUse research skills and medical knowledge to assist in commissioning journal content.\n\nWrite journal & newsletter content, including congress reports, interview questions, and news stories.\n\nOversee the peer review process to help determine the suitability of articles for publication.\n\nMaintain and develop relationships with Editorial Board members and other contributors.\n\nAttend congresses (physical or virtual) across different clinical areas to ensure appropriate reporting around congress key highlights.\n\nCommission and organise webinars and podcasts by working alongside experts in the field, acting as guest liaison.\n\nProduce different formats of content by script writing and audio-visual editing.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nBiomedical Science or Life Science degree\n\nExcellent writing and English language skills\n\nStrong IT Skills - MS (Excel and Word)\n\nWell-developed communication and interpersonal skills\n\nDriven and ambitious individual who has a ‘Gold Medal Winner’ mindset\n\nWe're proud to have been recognised as one of\n\nThe Times Best Places to Work 2026\n\n!
