You’ll play a key role in bringing machine learning models into production, driving automation and helping shape how emerging technologies are adopted across our business.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nDesign, develop and maintain scalable Python applications, RESTful APIs and AI solutions using modern engineering practices.\nBuild and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, automating testing, deployment and delivery processes.\nDeploy and optimise Large Language Model (LLM) inference workloads in production using technologies such as vLLM and Ray.\nDevelop and maintain containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring reliability, performance and scalability.\nApply prompt engineering, LLM evaluation and inference optimisation techniques to improve the effectiveness of AI solutions.\nCollaborate with Technology, AI and business stakeholders to deliver secure, innovative and production-ready solutions.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nAustralian working rights without restriction\n2+ years of experience as a MLOps engineer or Software Engineer\nStrong Python development skills, with hands-on experience building production-ready RESTful APIs using FastAPI.\nDemonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, containerisation, and Kubernetes-based application deployment and operations.\nPractical experience working with Linux environments, developing Bash scripts, and automating deployment and operational workflows.\nExperience deploying and serving LLMs using technologies such as vLLM and Ray, with an understanding of inference optimisation.\nKnowledge of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation techniques and best practices for delivering reliable AI applications.\nA collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, with
