You’ll support your team to deliver effective recovery strategies, achieve positive return-to-work outcomes and provide an exceptional customer experience, while driving team performance and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead, coach and support a team of CTP Case Managers to deliver positive outcomes for injured people.\nDrive team performance against agreed KPIs, business objectives and legislative requirements.\nGuide your team in developing effective return-to-work, return-to-life and recovery strategies for CTP claimants.\nIdentify development opportunities and provide ongoing coaching, feedback and training to build capability across the team.\nOversee day-to-day operations, workload allocation and resourcing to support quality and timely claims management.\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders to support effective claims management and positive customer experiences.\nChampion EML’s values by fostering a collaborative, accountable and supportive team culture.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for someone who is passionate about people leadership and committed to helping others achieve positive outcomes.
