This is deeply meaningful work where your empathy, problem-solving and commitment have a profound impact every single day.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nProviding technical support to claims teams about the claims management process in line with Victorian workers compensation law and WorkSafe Victoria guidelines\nAssisting the claims teams in their achievement of performance measures\nReviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed\nDeveloping strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance and compliance measures are achieved\nBuilding and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders\nAssisting with organisational compliance with legal, governance and WorkSafe Victoria agent requirements.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nIt’s ok if you haven’t done this before, what matters most is your commitment to helping others that can make you a great fit for the role.
