You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.\nAs a Workforce Planner you will translate workforce data into actionable insights, develop and maintain forecasting models, analyse trends across multiple data sources and collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce risks and opportunities. You’ll provide clear planning insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.\nThis will be a full time, permanent position based in our Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle or Parramatta office, with work-from-home flexibility considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast resource requirements and support effective resourcing.\nAnalyse claims volumes, workload trends, caseloads and attrition to inform workforce forecasts.\nMonitor planning accuracy and refine forecasting models to improve predictability.\nPartner with leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide clear insights and recommendations.\nContribute to workforce optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nABOUT YOU\nExperience in workforce planning, analytics or operational modelling.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and develop practical insights.\nExperience analysing workforce data such as workload, capacity, caseloads or attrition.\nExposure to or understanding of workers compensation systems and frameworks.\nStrong communication and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe stand together as equals.
