travel\nYou are fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus!)\nExperience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a plus\nYou combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic and negotiation skills, building solid partner relationships and finding win-win solutions\nYou are resilient and able to drive your projects to completion, successfully and on time\nFirst-hand experience in business development, partnership management, or lead generation is a plus\nFirst-hand experience in launching a store or franchise is a plus\nYour strengths include a sense of responsibility, self-reliance, and a structured way of working\nYou love to organize and coordinate things yourself, and can move forward independently\nYou are passionate, self-confident,
