Marketing Intern

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Intern at Emma, you’ll be part of our fast-growing international Marketing team, working on projects that help us establish Emma as the world’s leading sleep brand. Depending on your skills and interests, you could contribute in one of several areas:

• Market-Specific Marketing: You will join a local team to adapt our global strategy, manage country-specific channels (e.g., paid performance, affiliate, influencer), create localized content and campaigns, and drive cross-functional projects to grow the business.
• Performance Marketing: You will support global campaigns across different platforms, overseeing setup, optimization, A/B testing, analysis, and reporting to maximize performance and gather insights for continuous improvement.
• Product Marketing: You will support product development and launch projects by analyzing category, product, and consumer data, assisting with research and testing, and providing actionable insights to optimize our portfolio and market positioning.
• Brand Marketing: You will shape Emma's global brand strategy, overseeing key global initiatives and brand implementation across all customer touchpoints, managing stakeholders, and tracking success through KPIs to ensure optimal product positioning.
• Influencer Marketing: You will manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, executing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement, while tracking the performance to ensure alignment with global marketing goals.

Who we're looking for:

• You are currently studying Business, Marketing, or a related program at university.
• You are fluent in English. Fluency in any of these languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch) is a plus.
• You have previous working experience in Marketing or related fields, including tasks such as market research, campaign execution, or data analysis.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
