In this role, you’ll help build automations and tools that make our HR processes simpler, faster and more reliable. You’ll gain broad exposure to different HR domains and grow your technical skills in a small, collaborative team.\nWhat you’ll do:\nYou will support our P&O teams by building automations and tools using Power Automate and code, based on clearly defined requirements.\nYou will collaborate with the colleagues who use our solutions, gather their feedback and help maintain and improve existing solutions with guidance from the team.\nYou will use AI tools to work more efficiently and explore new approaches to problem solving.\nYou will document the solutions you work on, so they are easy for others to understand and maintain.\nYou will learn from experienced colleagues how to analyse requests, identify root causes and design sustainable solutions, while gaining exposure to HR areas from Talent Acquisition to People Development through the lens of processes and automation.\nWho we're looking for:\nYou are fluent in English\nYou are currently studying, or have completed a degree in, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.\nYou have some experience with Power Automate or with coding in TypeScript, Python or PowerShell, and you are curious about using AI tools to solve real-world challenges.\nYou work in a structured way, pay attention to detail, communicate openly and deliver on agreed timelines, flagging potential blockers early.\nYou treat data confidentiality seriously and handle HR data with care, in line with our compliance and confidentiality guidelines.\nYou ask thoughtful questions, explain technical topics in clear and simple language, and enjoy understanding why a process is not working as intended, with the motivation to take on more ownership over time.\nWhat we offer:\nA
