decision-making across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollect, clean, validate, and organize business data from different departments and sources.\n\nAnalyse sales, customer, inventory, operational, financial, and employee-related data.\n\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.\n\nDevelop dashboards and performance reports for Management.\n\nTrack sales performance against targets and identify gaps.\n\nAnalyse branch, territory, product, and individual sales performance.\n\nIdentify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities from company data.\n\nSupport Management with accurate and timely data for decision-making.\n\nMaintain and update databases and reporting templates.\n\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reports.\n\nWork with the Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to obtain and validate data.\n\nAutomate recurring reports where possible.\n\nDevelop meaningful KPIs and performance tracking reports.\n\nPresent findings in a clear and understandable manner.\n\nMaintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.\n\nProven experience in data analysis or a related position.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data analysis.\n\nKnowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data-analysis tools is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to interpret large volumes of data and present
