An ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams is essential, as is an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies and to problem-solve.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement. \nConducts research and gathers information to develop various publications. \nDevelops promotional materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program. \nAssists in developing and coordinating program-related conferences, conventions, or meetings. \nMonitors expenditures and may participate in the budget planning process and prepare financial reports. \nMay assist in identifying funding resources and developing fund-raising strategies and initiatives. \nPrepares operational and statistical reports. \nConducts training, represents the program at meetings and conferences, and networks with affiliated groups. \nMay supervise assigned project staff, interns and/or volunteers. \nPerforms related responsibilities as required. \nThis is not an administrative support position.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in a field related to the program and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.\nNOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option.
