You are the first person colleagues ask about AI tools and how to use them safely.\nWhat you will do\nSit with a team, learn how they work, and find the steps that take their time.\n\nAgree with the process owner what to automate and what good output looks like.\n\nCollect real examples and build a test set before you build anything.\n\nBuild the automation, with or without AI, whichever the problem needs.\n\nHand it over with short docs, and support the team after go-live.\n\nAnswer colleagues' questions about AI tools, prompts and our AI usage rules.\n\nMust have\nYou read the API docs of a third-party service and get a working connection on your own, for example to an accounting, HR or courier system.\n\nYou know when not to use an LLM, and you build rule-based scripts when the steps are mechanical.\n\nYou build test sets before go-live, and you can pull data out of documents such as contracts and invoices.\n\nYou read and understand code (Python, SQL, JSON).
