7 years in product management, business systems, or a techno-functional role, ideally at a manufacturing, D2C, or supply-chain-heavy company.\n\n- Strong preference for people who've owned outcomes across multiple functions, not just one.\n\n- Comfort with ERP concepts expected but we're explicitly not looking for someone whose primary identity is ERP tool expert.\n\n- You should be able to sit with a warehouse manager or a finance controller, understand the real problem, then figure out if the fix is a process change, a workflow automation, or a system configuration.\n\nNice to Have:\n\n- Prior Frappe/ERPNext exposure, experience scaling an ERP from one module to many, and enough technical fluency to scope requirements without being a developer.\n\nWhy This Role Matters:\n\n- This one role effectively covers five specialized PM functions that exist separately at bigger tech companies -
