This is a long-term engagement in a hybrid setup from Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA, where your decisions will directly affect how data and AI work across the organization.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDesign and evolve the enterprise data and AI platform across teams and projects.\nSet architecture standards for the semantic data model, pipelines, applications, APIs and integrations.\nBuild reusable platform patterns, templates, APIs and components.\nDesign integrations with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, databases, APIs and SaaS platforms.\nOwn platform governance: access controls, security, data protection, auditability and compliance.\nDefine CI/CD, release, testing and deployment standards.\nSet up observability: logging, metrics, lineage, alerting and dashboards.\nProvide hands-on production support and root-cause analysis.\nGuide project teams and work closely with Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture and engineering.\nWhat we expect from you:\nStrong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP (the key requirement).\n5+ years of experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms at scale.\nSolid experience with semantic data modeling, data pipelines, APIs and enterprise integrations.\nStrong Python and SQL.\nWorking knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nExperience with CI/CD, security, governance, observability and production support.\nExperience integrating Snowflake, AWS, Azure and SaaS applications.\nExperience supporting shared platforms used by multiple teams.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\nEnglish level C1.\nBased in the US with work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available), and able to work hybrid from Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA.\nNice to have:\nExperience with enterprise GenAI / AI platforms.\nBackground in healthcare, life sciences, medtech or another regulated industry.\nExperience building reusable
