We're not looking for a \"task executor\" - we need someone who owns quality on the project: thinks about risks and edge cases, challenges unclear requirements, and cares about the product as a whole.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nTest new features and enhancements across web and mobile (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory testing);\nAnalyze requirements before testing begins - identify risks and edge cases, and plan the testing approach;\nCreate, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and test scenarios;\nVerify UI/UX, business logic, form validation, and integrations; perform cross-browser, responsive, and cross-platform (iOS/Android) testing;\nValidate API requests and responses (Postman or equivalent);\nDocument defects thoroughly, track them through resolution, and verify fixes (impact analysis);\nApply AI tools for test case generation, requirements analysis, and QA process optimization;\nEnsure quality across different user roles, configurations, and business units;\nCollaborate closely with developers, PM/Product Owner, and QA Lead; proactively improve QA processes and coverage.\n What we expect from you:3+ years of commercial testing experience, with the ability to own tasks independently;\nHands-on experience testing both web and mobile applications;\nStrong understanding of test design methodologies and techniques, SDLC/STLC; experience with Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Exploratory testing;\nExperience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans, bug reports);\nAPI testing: validating requests and responses (Postman/Swagger or equivalent); understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON;\nUnderstanding of client-server architecture; confident use of Chrome DevTools (Network, Console, Application);\nExperience working with emulators and simulators - Android Studio (AVD, logcat) and Xcode (Simulator, Console): running builds, configuring devices, reading logs;\nExperience with network proxy tools (Charles/Proxyman/mitmproxy or equivalent): inspecting traffic, mocking responses, throttling and testing unstable network conditions (3G, offline, timeouts), reproducing error states (e.g., 500 errors);\nUnderstanding of responsive and cross-browser testing, along with mobile-specific nuances (permissions, push notifications, various OS versions/screen sizes, App Store/Google Play release cycles);\nAbility to read logs and monitoring tools to find root causes rather than just symptoms (Sentry/Kibana/Grafana or equivalent);\nPractical, hands-on experience testing with AI (ChatGPT/Claude/Claude Code/Copilot/Gemini) for test design, requirements analysis, and process optimization - genuinely applies it, not just familiar with the concept;\nAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios; comfortable working with incomplete or changing requirements - asks clarifying questions and proactively finds information;\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with bug-tracking systems (Jira/Linear or equivalent);\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail;\nEnglish - B2.\n Nice to have:Basic automation skills or willingness to quickly learn the tools; familiarity with Appium/Espresso/XCUITest (mobile), Cypress/Selenium (web);\nExperience with our stack: Playwright (web), Maestro (mobile), Testmo, Jira, Claude;\nSQL knowledge for data verification;\nExperience with cloud device/browser farms (BrowserStack or equivalent);\nBasic performance testing (Lighthouse, k6/JMeter) and security testing (OWASP Top-10, ZAP/Burp);\nUnderstanding of CI/CD and the role of tests in the pipeline (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Bitrise);\nConfident with CLI/git.\n Soft skills / Mindset:Ownership of product quality - fixes broken processes and creates new ones where none exist;\nProactive (No Surprises Policy) - raises risks and issues early, doesn't wait to be assigned a task;\nQuality-consultant mindset - challenges business logic and requirements, cares about UX and the product, not just about \"passing test cases\";\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with genuine curiosity when investigating issues;\nClear communication and teamwork with QA, developers, PM, and clients;\nAble to manage time across multiple projects and proactively signal overload;
