suite, including backend services, mobile applications, and web products.\nWork with engineers, product managers, and designers to craft world-class experiences and participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle.\nTake part in the early stages of the product and help set the groundwork for the future of the engineering team and the company.\nRequirements\n7+ years of professional, hands-on experience building production-grade software.\nExperience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.\nExperience designing and delivering complex end-to-end systems.\nStrong software engineering fundamentals, including data modeling, APIs (REST/GraphQL), algorithms, software design principles, and modern development best practices.\nStrong system design skills with the ability to balance simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and speed.\nTakes ownership from problem definition through production and continuous improvement.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nLeverages AI-assisted development and other engineering tools to improve productivity while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and maintainability.\nStrong attention to detail and Empathy for the user
