suite, including backend services, mobile applications (React Native), and web products.\nLead development of high-quality, performant cross-platform mobile experiences while ensuring strong integration with backend and web systems.\nContribute to architectural decisions, code quality standards, and long-term scalability across mobile and web platforms.\nMentor and support other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and close collaboration.\nRequirements\n7+ years of professional, hands-on experience building production-grade software.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native, building mobile applications used by real users in production.\nExperience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.\nExperience designing and delivering complex end-to-end systems.\nStrong software engineering fundamentals, including data modeling, APIs (REST/GraphQL), algorithms, software design principles, and modern development best practices.\nStrong system design skills with the ability to balance simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and speed.\nTakes ownership from problem definition through production and continuous improvement.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nLeverages AI-assisted development and other engineering tools to improve productivity while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and maintainability.\nStrong attention to detail and Empathy for the user
